Stage Manager Glenn Pringle | Produced by Marlene Taylor and Susan Pringle

Synopsis:
A Finale is characterized as “a prolonged final sequence at the end of an act in an opera or work of musical theatre.” It can leave you with a cliffhanger that entices you back from intermission or it can wrap up the story to a decisive conclusion, whether it be comedic or dramatic. We will highlight some of Broadways greatest endings from both Act 1 and Act 2. From cherished classics like Funny Girl, Camelot and Guys and Dolls, to contemporary favourites like Next to Normal, Waitress and Shrek, each of these songs was strategically placed in their respective shows to have a lasting impact on you, the audience.
